Najma comes from a poor family living in a refugee camp. She lives there with her husband – who is a barber – and their children.

She is proud to work at Action Bag because it allows her to earn a good income to support her family. For example, she’s been able to send her 2 daughters to school.  One has already graduated from high school and got married, the other is still going to school. Najma also has one son who is physically disabled for whom she needs a lot of money to pay for his treatment.

Bilquis used to have a very difficult life as her husband had not enough income to support the family. She decided to join SE in an effort to improve her family’s livelihood. Her good income has been used to provide more nutritive food and a better education for her children. Her eldest son has already finished his education and got a job in a local bank.  Her other children are now getting a higher education.

She has purchased a new television and a freezer for her household and her family is very happy with her.

Najma is a widow since she joined Saidpur Enterprises she’s been able to take better care of her family members as no one was assuming this role since her husband died. Her income and the dividends she’s receiving every year made it possible to send her children to school, to pay for one of her son’s and her daughter’s weddings and also to help another son go to Dubai. She feels very proud of having accomplished all that with her own income.

Anju is now retired but feels very happy that she’s been able to support her family, provide them with good food and support her children’s education while she was working at Saidpur Enterprises.

With her income, she managed to finance her daughter and her son’s weddings. She was even able to offer her son a higher education.

Anju has also been spending money on her personal medical care as she’s suffering from kidney problems. Her savings allowed her to pay for her treatment.
